Dear members of Operation Shoebox New Jersey, Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers for me and the service members. We are so grateful for the boxes when they arrive and it's funny, too, since they all come in big breezer boxes. Some of the soldiers would like boxes for males. I told them not to complain since females don't get much anyway. The boxes are wonderful, especially seeing all the "girly" things. We females don't get much time to feel like girls after being in uniform 24-7. We really look forward to the snacks and hygiene products.
