E-Mail from JASON P. CROW

My Dear Friends, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your thoughtfulness and support. This is my 3rd deployment to Iraq, counting Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and I can unequivocally state that your care package was the most generous and considerate of all the care packages I’ve ever received. What made it even more enjoyable was that it contained useful, needed and morale lifting items. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into its contents. Of course I’m not surprised given that most, if not all of you, are part of the military family. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you taking time out of your busy lives to gather, package and mail the care packages that you do. It does a lot to reduce the 7000 miles between me and my home. It certainly eases the hardship of being separated from family and friends. It’s the prayers and support of wonderful Americans like you that keep me going. It reminds me of who and what I’m fighting for. Regardless of your politics, we’re all in this together. Again, thank you so much for your service and support. It will be a treasured memory that I will carry with me always. If I ever make it back up to NJ, I’ll be sure to stop by and thank you in person. Jase JASON P.
