I am responding on behalf of my fellow air traffic controllers and members of the 506th Expeditionary Operation Support Squadron, 506th Air Expeditionary Group stationed at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. Our group of 15 tower controllers are all appreciative of the wonderful gesture from home and know that we are supported at by many great people. Kirkuk Regional Air Base is home to the 506th Air Expeditionary Group. The group maintains security at the base, conducts safe flying operations and actively supports base agencies. The 506th AEG comprises six squadrons and more than 900 Airmen.
